• Listing services for chiropractors (Basic, Premium, and Elite packages)
• Contact facilitation between patients and chiropractors

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Just Chiropractor, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Chiropractor Listings

Chiropractors who wish to be listed on our platform must:

• Hold a valid Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree
• Maintain active state licensure
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable listing fees

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up-to-date

5. Listing Packages and Payment Terms

5.1 Package Types

We offer three listing packages:

• Basic Listing: $197/year
• Premium Listing: $397/year
• Elite Listing: $697/year

5.2 Payment Terms

• All fees are in U.S. dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Listings are billed annually
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in listing suspension or removal

5.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not provided once a listing is approved and published. However, we may issue refunds at our discretion if a listing is rejected or if there are technical issues preventing service delivery.

6. Review Guidelines

6.1 Posting Reviews

When posting reviews, users must:

• Base reviews on actual experiences as a patient
• Provide honest and truthful feedback
• Avoid profanity, hate speech, or offensive language
• Not disclose protected health information (PHI)
• Not include personal contact information

7.2 User-Generated Content

8. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

10. Limitation of Liability
