To book an appointment, you'll need to contact the chiropractor directly using the phone number or website link provided on their profile. Some chiropractors may have integrated booking buttons on their profiles.

Consider these factors when choosing a chiropractor: their years of experience, patient reviews and ratings, specialties and techniques used, conditions they treat, location and office hours, and whether they accept your insurance. Read patient reviews to get insights into others' experiences.

All reviews are moderated before publication to ensure they meet our guidelines. We require reviews to be based on actual patient experiences and prohibit fake, misleading, or spam reviews. Chiropractors cannot remove negative reviews but can respond professionally to address concerns.

Yes! Just Chiropractor is completely free for patients. You can search for chiropractors, read reviews, compare profiles, and contact chiropractors at no cost. We earn revenue through listing fees paid by chiropractors.

Visit the chiropractor's profile page and click the "Write a Review" button. You'll be asked to provide a rating (1-5 stars), a title, your experience details, and the condition treated. Reviews are subject to moderation and must follow our guidelines. Please do not include protected health information (PHI).

Click the "List Your Practice" button, fill out the submission form with your practice details, choose a listing package (Basic, Premium, or Elite), and complete payment through our secure Stripe checkout. Your listing will be reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours.

We offer three listing packages:

  • Basic ($197/year): Profile page, contact info, patient reviews, basic search visibility
  • Premium ($397/year): Everything in Basic + featured placement, photo gallery, booking button, analytics dashboard
  • Elite ($697/year): Everything in Premium + homepage featured spot, social media promotion, blog guest post opportunity

Most listings are reviewed and approved within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email notification once your listing is approved and published. If there are any issues with your submission, we'll contact you with feedback.

Yes! Contact our support team at listings@justchiropractor.com to request profile updates. Premium and Elite members will have access to a dashboard (coming soon) to manage their profiles directly.

Contact our support team to submit a response to any review. Your response will be reviewed and published on your profile. Please keep responses professional and do not disclose any protected health information (PHI) or patient details.

We do not remove reviews based solely on negative sentiment. However, you can flag a review for violating our guidelines (fake review, profanity, contains PHI, etc.). Our moderation team will review flagged content and take appropriate action. You can also respond professionally to address concerns raised in reviews.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

Listing fees are generally non-refundable once your listing is approved and published. However, if your listing is rejected or there are technical issues preventing service delivery, we may issue a refund at our discretion. See our Terms of Service for complete details.
